YOUR ROLE
CEVA Logistics is looking for a driven and focused Customer Service Representatives at our facility located in Rosedale, North Auckland . In this role you will focus on an end-to-end process to support operational and customer requirements focusing on any escalations and customer queries.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Answer all incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner offering a variety of product and non-product solutions to customers.
Identify potential customer needs and opportunities to grow the business whilst setting clear and achievable expectations with customers.
Develop strong relationships with customers and demonstrate how we are adding value to their business.
Continually look for ways to improve business process, skills, and techniques to better support the team and business.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Ability to manage relationships and expectations on various levels
Thorough customer service, with the willingness to provide exceptional service skills
Intermediate experience in MS Office applications, and capable of learning new systems and working with technologies generally
Good written and verbal communication, customer service / management, and influencing / negotiation skills
Bonus: Previous customer service and/or call center experience in a telecommunication industry.
In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to complete a medical assessment and national police check.
