About the role

Reporting to the Branch Manager and based at our Wagin branch, you will be at the heart of our operations—supporting customers, coordinating orders, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Working as part of a close-knit team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high standard of service across a busy and dynamic environment.
This is a Part-Time Fixed-Term position, 22 hours per week, concluding in December 2027.
Flexibility is available to choose three core working days, with standard hours of 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
What you will be doing:
Answering and responding to incoming calls and enquiries
Providing quotations and following through to order placement and successful on-time delivery to customers
Liaising with the broader business to best service our customers
Assist with storeperson duties as required, including picking/packing orders and loading/unloading trucks
General administration duties

Experience in customer service and or sales administration
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded
