Designation: Customer Service Executive
Qualification: Any Graduate (Preferably from hotel management)

Job Profile:
Ø Booking & recording 'Direct Consumer' orders received via all sales channels (Whatsapp, Email, Website, Call)
Ø Co-ordinating with the production, dispatch & delivery team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
Ø Providing status updates regarding booked orders to customers and ensuring 100% client satisfaction
Ø Understanding the cheese business thoroughly after training and gaining in depth knowledge about all our products and its applications
Ø Building and maintaining relationships with key customers
Ø Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
Ø Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales
Ø Submitting weekly & monthly MIS reports
General Shift: 10 AM - 7 PM
Sunday Fixed Off.
