Customer Service Representative – Tullamarine

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in making it easy to do business with Laminex. Reporting to a Team Leader, you'll be on a journey to handle an array of customer enquiry, which could include handling orders, tracking deliveries, addressing technical queries, and managing credits via phone, email, and webchat.
About the role:
Agile and Dynamic Approach: Ability to balance various systems and processes in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Effective Communication: Clearly communicate key information to internal teams.
Performance-Driven: Strive to achieve key contact Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to customer service and uphold high customer satisfaction standards.
Customer-Centric Focus: Maintain a customer-centric mindset, understanding and addressing customer needs with a solution-oriented approach.
Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve customer issues.
What you’ll enjoy:
Operating Monday to Friday (NO WEEKENDS!), with closure during National Public Holidays and over Christmas/New Year (guaranteed time off)
Rotating Roster – 8-hour shift between 7:30 AM and 7:30 PM, plus a half-hour lunch break
