Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team and handle customer queries effectively. Your ability to quickly respond and implement effective solutions with our internal & external partners’ help. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can think independently and resolve issues with a customer-first business mentality.

Designation: Customer Service Representative

Work Days & Time: Monday to Friday – 10 AM to 7 PM (IST)

Roles & Responsibility:

Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails & chats with knowledge & efficiency.

Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies outlined by the company.

Match the pre-defined SLA’s standard.

Take the extra mile to engage customers

Required skills:

5-7 years of proven experience in customer service in the e-commerce industry

Experience in online healthcare will be an added advantage

Graduation in any field

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Strong hold on technical skills

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of concerns

Excellent English communication and presentation skills

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively

Excellent problem solving & analytical skills
