Customer Service Representative - Voice Process experience preferable
Work From Office - Location T.Nagar - Salary Gross 15,000 only.
Office Timing (+ AM - 5 PM) - Monday to Saturday
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Manage large volume of Customers.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Keep records of customer interactions and file documents.
Requirements and Skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Knowledge about MS Office & Social Media Messengers.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
