About the role:
An opportunity has become available for a Customer Service candidate to join this well-established company for 8 - 12 weeks. Starting immediately this is a great opportunity to get started in a position in the lead up to Christmas.
Key responsibilities:
Receiving orders via phone and email
Entering orders into systems
Releasing orders to dispatch
Assisting in answering customer queries – phone and email
Providing ad hoc support to Customer Service & Accounts Administrators
