Job Title: Customer Service Executive - US Travel Process (Work From Home)

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist US-based customers with flight bookings, changes, and queries.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow company processes.
• Upsell ancillary services (baggage, seats, insurance, hotels) where applicable.
Qualifications:
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly with international customers.
• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or related roles.
• Skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Experience in the aviation or travel industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree preferred.
