There was a ton of demand and responsibility and the hours were long. Greg has worked as a fly fishing guide for many years and was on the road quite a bit until he hired some additional guides for his outfitting company. We were living what is commonly referred to as the “American Dream” in many ways: good jobs, comfortable lifestyle, 3 weeks PTO every year, company-match 401k, etc. We were in the comfort zone. None of these things were necessarily bad things, and yet we knew we were created for more. We knew we had to get out of our comfort zone to experience the growth necessary to put us on the path toward our ultimate life vision. We wanted to be free from the corporate grind to have more ownership and control of not only our financial destiny, but perhaps even more importantly, where and how we spent our most valuable commodity: time. We desired freedom, and we set out on a journey to find the career path that would best serve those needs in our hearts.

As an agent you will help clients and families plan for their future. We do not cold call; we reach out to individuals who have asked for our help. Our goal is to help families with who & what is most important to them. Our role is to ask good questions and be a good listener to best understand each person's unique situation, and offer options that will protect their family for when an unexpected life event or tragedy happens. We take seriously the role we play in helping our clients become the hero of their family's story.
We have positions available right now. With our proprietary lead generation and training systems in place, the right person for this role will have an opportunity to build their own business and earn what they are willing to work for.

Requirements:
• Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred, but not required)
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be a self-starter, motivated, and driven to succeed
• Must be able to work independently
• Internet access with a quiet work space, a functioning computer, and a personal phone, as we meet with clients over the phone, Zoom, Google Meets, etc.
