Branches are located throughout the major centres, servicing customers directly or through a distributor network. From small beginnings in Auckland in 1+88, HCB Technologies has experienced steady growth to today’s position as a significant player in the New Zealand battery market.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer queries, processing of product orders, branch inventory management, battery testing and supporting the branch in achieving sales targets.
