We have urgent requirements for B2B Collection -Voice process (Global Process) for Gurgaon
It is for US based Engineering Company
This is for North America B2B Process (Shift starts around evening 5.30 or 6.30PM)
No. of Openings : 35Nos.
- The candidates should have fluent English Communication Skills and experience into the global voice process is must.
- The candidates from any customer support / BPO Exp can apply for same, We generally prefer customer support candidates
- The collection experience is not mandatory
- All roles are for Night shifts (North America shift)
- Collections & Closed Loop team works to maximize the timely payment collection from customers. This team works to keep our Past dues to a minimum through rigorous follow up
What we look for?
- Under Graduate/ Graduate / Postgraduate / Master's Degree in any stream
- Proficient in verbal in business communications
- 2 - 7Years of experience required in Global Voice process (Customer support etc)/ international BPO
- Excellent customer service, business communication, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while meeting deadlines
Skill Set/Experience :
1. Experience in a voice process Customer service role (International Process)
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Open to work in any shifts (Morning/Afternoon/Evening/Night)
4. Willing to work in a B2B Collections process
5. Experience in an international voice process between 2-+ years.
