Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ability to handle tough situation with customer
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer handling
- Telecom background experience is appreciable
- Good comprehension skill
- Analytical and probing skills
- Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently
- Willing to work in a 24x7 environment (Rotational shift/ UK timings)
- Pick & drop facility will be available
- Immediate joiners are preferable
