Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Customer Service / Sales Assistant Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service, supporting sales operations, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday with opportunities for long-term growth and advancement.
Responsibilities
Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Assist customers with inquiries, orders, requests, and issue resolution in a timely manner
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Maintain and update customer records and order information
Perform data entry with attention to detail and accuracy on our website with Shopify
Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
Capture and relay customer feedback to internal teams
Work collaboratively with team members to resolve complex customer issues
Follow company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service
Qualifications
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
Previous customer service or sales support experience is preferred
