An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced and highly capable Customer Service Specialist to join a growing, fast-paced business in the waste management industry at Bin Boy and Barton Waste Management.
This role requires someone who is extremely confident, intelligent, and consistently shows initiative. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers, takes ownership of their work, and always goes above and beyond
- not someone who simply processes tasks without thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
• Resolve enquiries and issues efficiently and professionally
• Coordinate service bookings and communicate with internal teams
• Maintain accurate records and proactively manage follow-ups
• Identify and implement service improvements where possible
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong customer service experience, ideally in the waste or service-based industry
Confident communicator with excellent phone and
written skills
• Demonstrates initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability
• High attention to detail, strong time management, and organisational skills
V Experience with WasteEdge software is highly regarded
Professional, reliable, and capable of working
independently and in a team
