We don't intend to please everybody; instead are creating a cult of consumers who identify themselves as Monks. It's not easy being the Monk. After all, monks go against the flow in search for truth, a method to lead a more meaningful existence, dedicating yourself to strengthening yourself ceaselessly. The brand is dedicated to these individuals. However, we have a task at hand, as fast fashion has numbed customers into being indifferent to quality, the true cost of clothing, and heritage - to create a brand that breaks the mould of modern norms of aesthetics, luxury and authenticity; To educate people; the method needs to be preached. What you will be doing As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the face of the brand and the only human touchpoint for the customer. In the age of increasing non-human, bot based interactions, we strive to provide a high touch personalised one-to-one human experience for our customers. Our prospects and customers are a discerning lot. They appreciate the finer details in our garments and are particular about fit. However, at times, they need to be made aware of the intricacies of the fabric, garment and craft. Almost every interaction with the customer is consultative. Customers tend to have a range of questions about topics such as garment, fit, craft, quality and process. You should be able to convey our brand values such as authenticity, quality and timelessness and at the same time be able to demonstrate in depth understanding of the brand and our products and should be able to resolve all questions comprehensively. How will you make an impact in this role? • Deliver extraordinary care, on calls, to a wide range of Monks customers with a variety of requests • Build meaningful relationship through consultative questioning to ensure added value for the customer • Provide fit and style recommendations based on our product offerings • Document necessary information and work with operations and marketing to deliver a great customer experience through the life time of the customer Skills and Qualifications: • Undergraduate/Graduate/Postgraduate. Fresh graduates preferred • Should be able to fluently speak in English and Hindi. Excellent written English skills • Demonstrate personal excellence and resiliency by remaining positive and calm in difficult situations • Display a passion to serve by delivering extraordinary service in every interaction with our customers • Able to make good, sound judgement • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment as well as multitask and re-prioritize on a regular basis • Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills • Excellent negotiation, influential and resourceful skills • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Platforms Knowledge: • MS office suites such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint Additional Details: • Location: Bengaluru • Workplace Flexibility: Full time
