We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as International BPO Agents. As an International BPO Agent, your primary responsibilities will include answering customer calls in a professional manner, providing information about products and services, processing orders and applications, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and escalating unresolved issues to designated departments for further investigation.

Requirements:
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to actively listen and effectively problem-solve
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with customers
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet performance targets
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
• Experience in handling US customers over calls or chat
• Customer care experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills required
