Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Specialist at CardioLife, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding support and assistance, ensuring a positive experience for every customer. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to the overall success of our customer service team.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about our products and services.
Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or technology environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
