Job Description
CSE will be responsible for managing customers at various stages of their life cycle. The various processes being
- Customer Support (Inbound, Outbound, Email, and CHAT)
- Returns and Refund Management (Inbound, CHAT, EMAIL)
- Delivery Management (Outbound, CHAT, EMAIL)
- Abandoned Cart Management (Outbound, CHAT, EMAIL)
- Pre Dispatch Management (Outbound, CHAT, EMAIL)
Experience and Skills Needed
- 1 to 2 years Experience in handling customers (Exceptional freshers will be given a chance)
- Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills
- Handling Customers and Solving their issues
- Empathy toward Customers in general
- Ability to conclude a conversation on the basis of facts
- Fluent in English, and Hindi. Optional language South Indian
- Fluency with any additional language will be a plus.
- Proficiency in using Excel, Office, email, etc.
- Experience in using any CRM software
- Experience in the eCommerce industry will be a bonus
Typing Speed 30 WPM
