Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle various inquiries with professionalism. Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we strive to serve a diverse clientele.

Duties

Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with customers.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
Experience

Previous experience in customer service, server or a related field is preferred.
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.30 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 44 per week
