We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with customers.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service, server or a related field is preferred.
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay: $17.20-$20.30 per hour
