The Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate Customer Service Team Lead to inspire and develop our team! In this role, you'll drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and be the key link between Gallagher and our reseller network. You'll lead pre- and post-sales activities, support the Territory Manager team, and help implement marketing initiatives that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead + mentor a team of Customer Service Representatives to deliver outstanding customer support.
Ensure efficient order processing + resolution of customer enquiries.
Build strong relationships with regional resellers to promote Gallagher’s products.
Work closely with Territory and Regional Sales Managers to implement promotions + achieve sales targets.
Monitor market trends and provide feedback on competitor activities.
Set clear team goals and KPIs aligned with Gallagher’s strategic objectives.
Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture.
The Fit
You are an experienced customer service leader with a strong understanding of agriculture and animal management. You have a proven ability to motivate teams, drive sales, and build meaningful relationships with customers and resellers. To succeed in this role, you will need:
Experience leading or supervising a customer service team.
A customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of electric fencing and animal management systems (preferred).
A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
