The Customer Success Team Member helps generate leads, cultivate relationships, nurture new and exciting customers to provide a memorable customer experience. The position requires a self-motivated, outgoing, organised, energetic, and creative person.
We are a rapidly growing, functional beverage company located in Bibra Lake, WA seeking a vibrant, intelligent, and engaging individual for a part-time customer success team member.
The successful LIFEAID Team Member will be responsible for a range of duties, some of which include
Manage high volume inbound Customer enquiries through a variety of channels such as email, phone, Facebook & Instagram;
Nurturing customer relationships via email, phone and live chat;
Assist in the process of various Marketing campaigns and initiatives including Customer follow up, follow up calls, emails, mailings etc;
Wholesale Partner Account verification;
Manage a high volume of outbound calls;
Turning potential Customers into raving fans;
Educating Customers on our products and key points of difference and;
Various other Customer success duties.
