A fulltime opportunity exists for an adaptable team player to join our Customer Service/ Telesales team at our foodservice branch located in Malaga.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager this position is responsible for providing over the phone customer service and provide a high level of customer service to external customers in addition to performing other administrative tasks, reports and quality assurance tasks and audits
Duties:
Respond to customer queries via telephone, in person and by email in a professional and timely manner
Liaise with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure accuracy of supplier invoices, orders, resolve issues and provide information as requested
Carry out Counter sales efficiently with a focus on excellent customer service
Facilitate smooth processing of sales enquiries and customer orders and quotes
Provide general administrative tasks with an emphasis on accuracy as required
Conduct internal audits of the Quality and HACCP based food system
Skills and Experience:
Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills
Superior customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
Action customer queries appropriately and in a timely manner
Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi task
Able to work as part of a team and autonomously
Excellent computer literacy, including the ability to quickly learn internal systems
Sales experience and an understanding of the foodservice industry or an allied industry would be an advantage.
