Our Client, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service (CSA) Trainee to join their Non-Voice team in Chennai. This role offers an opportunity for fresh graduates to kick start their career in the healthcare industry, providing essential support and services in a non-voice capacity.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service in the healthcare sector, ensuring customer queries and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Process and manage healthcare data with precision, adhering to company protocols and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly targets.
- Ensure all work is completed within the assigned shift and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Participate in training sessions and up skill regularly to maintain high service standards.
• Qualifications:
- Education: BA / BBA / B. Com - 2026 and 2026 Pass outs
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Working Conditions:
- Work Hours: +-hour shift (including 1-hour break)
- Shift Window:
- Day Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM
- Night Shift: 8 PM - 5 AM
- Work Location: Office-based role (Chennai)
- Working Days: 5 days a week, with rotational days off.
