Benchmark Digital Subscribers

Responsibilities:
Develop understanding of clients’ operations and systems
Gain basic knowledge of Benchmark core applications
Act as liaison with product developers to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
Provide application and functional support to Benchmark customers.
Communicate business requirement specifications to the development team and work with them to scope the feasibility of required change; communicate the same to customers.
Participate in the User Acceptance Testing for various updates in Benchmark applications if required
Troubleshoot/escalate the user inquiries timely via email, phone, or other tracking tools
Gathering & understanding requirements from the customers
Drafting Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) for project specifications related to business analysis
Qualification & Experience:
B. E / B.Tech fresher, (2026)
Graduates in information systems/computer science, engineering/science fields, communications, and computer-related training
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience writing queries involving multiple tables from MS Access, SQL Server, etc., highly desired
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
