Job Description
The person should have a very good command over English language (Written & Verbal).
Handle Incoming customer calls, preferably US Based Clients.
He / She should have good exposure of Handling Emails, Customer Enquiries and Complaints if any.
A professional who provides technical /non technical support to customers or users of our company's products or services. They troubleshoot and resolve product or service related problems and respond to incoming inquiries from helpdesk ticketing system, email, phone, and chat.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Have daily interactions with customers and handle all issues from end to end via Calls / Emails.
Go the extra mile to engage customers in solving issues and ensure satisfaction.
Build rapport with customers, diagnose and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response time.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
