Autobody Customer Service & Admin Assistant

Busy Surrey Autobody shop is currently seeking a reliable full time & part time Customer Service & Administration Assistant with exceptional customer service skills.

Duties include:
Greeting customers
Booking Appointments
Answering and directing phone calls
Invoicing and collecting payments
Data entry / clerical duties Organize & manage shop replacement fleet of cars
Assisting writing Repair Estimates
Receiving Parts & Invoicing

Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent phone manner and ability to handle a multi-line phone system Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and positive manner
Desire to provide the highest level of customer service
Possess strong problem solving and organizational skills
Patience and ability to multi-task
Adaptable and willingness to learn
Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
ICBC & Private Insurance knowledge (1-2 years experience) an asset
Previous experience with "Mitchell" & "Audatex" Estimating an asset

Positions is Full time with the option for Benefits after 3 months. Family owned business since 1+8+.

Compensation: To be Discussed Based on Experience
