Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing customer interactions, maintaining accurate data records, and supporting administrative functions across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, experience with databases and ERP systems, and excellent organizational abilities to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately within databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Manage order entry processes efficiently while ensuring data integrity
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing professional support and information
Maintain and update legal files, ensuring that all information is current and easily accessible.
Maintain and organize filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and records
Perform data collection, transcription, and typing tasks with high accuracy
Utilize pivot tables and other Excel tools for data analysis and reporting
Support clerical duties such as filing, data verification, and basic math calculations
Assist in maintaining organized records of customer interactions and transactions
Contribute to process improvements by suggesting organizational enhancements based on daily operations
Qualifications
Proven experience with office administration, clerical tasks, or data entry roles
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry and transcription tasks
Knowledge of basic math concepts for accurate data processing
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Call center background preferred.
Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles is preferred.
Paralegal certificate is not required but any legal background, education or experience is preferred.
Familiarity with data collection methods and file management systems.
