Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Data Entry representative. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing and entering data into computerized databases, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Transcribe and enter data from various sources into computerized databases
- Accurately take and input orders from our clientele and ensure timely responses.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or in-person.
- Record customer payments into the accounting software.
- Work as a team to conduct inform customers about monthly promotions and new items.
- Maintain organized files and records.
- Enhance the overall quality of service for our customers and create a positive work environment for our team.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and update spreadsheets

Note: Prior experience in customer service or data entry is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. This is a full-time position with regular business hours. We are open Monday - Saturday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
