Our Hirepool Vehicle Rentals team provide expert advice to business, commercial and recreational travellers on a wide variety of transport options. Catering to both local short-term customers and larger long-term contracts, we meet the transport needs of everyone from big names in infrastructure, construction, film/TV, and sporting events to independent contractors, and casual weekend hirers.
As a Customer Service/Groomer you need excellent customer service and communication skills and a confident phone manner to field queries, provide advice and put quotes and contracts together, as well as ensure our vehicles are well groomed, maintained, and ready for hire. Show great attention to detail and have excellent time management skills. From time to time you may be required to help out across all areas of our branch operations.
