ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our administration team. In this Permanent part-time role (30 hours), you will support internal and external clients by ensuring the accurate management and secure handling of client media assets, administrative duties, and assisting with secure transportation and delivery tasks.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Accurately pick, check out, and manage client media assets through our secure system (S@FE Media).
Ensure prompt and accurate media receipt, scanning, storage, and verification.
Respond professionally to client emails and calls, addressing client inquiries effectively.
Securely transport media to client locations as needed, planning efficient routes for timely deliveries.
Provide general administrative support to internal teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Support the team proactively, ensuring operational deadlines are consistently met.
Ensure meticulous attention to detail, compliance, and adherence to company standards at all times.
ABOUT YOU
You're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy administrative tasks combined with practical hands-on duties.
You’re comfortable handling client interactions and have a strong customer-service mindset.
You're computer-literate and familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
You enjoy a role with variety and thrive in a close-knit team environment.
You have a positive, proactive, and flexible approach, always willing to support your team.
