ADVISOR - CLIENT ADVISOR TEAM (US Clientele)

The ideal candidate will be someone who possesses a strong zeal and passion for learning new things. This position does not involve any sales targets; however, it requires a responsible and sincere individual, as they will be part of a team that serves as the first point of contact, essentially representing the face of our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing a substantial volume of incoming emails, chats, and phone inquiries.

2. Responding promptly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries related to quotes, orders, status requests, complaints, product returns, and replacements.

3. Collaborating with internal departments to fulfill customer needs effectively.

4. Proofreading materials created by the Design team and ensuring alignment with client requirements.

5. Adhering to the company's communication guidelines and procedures with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

1. Any graduate with 2-3 years of relevant work experience.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.

3. Previous experience in dealing with US or international clients is a must.

4. Demonstrated ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work as per the demands of the role.

5. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (applicable only to male candidates).

6. Shift adherence is necessary as and when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
