What will you be responsible for?
This role sits as part of our Customer & Product team and reports to our Senior Customer Services Manager whilst working closely with the broader Customer Support team.
Your key activities in this role will be …
Lead and project manage customers through the initial onboarding process including account set up and launch
Provide dedicated support and relationship management to a variety of customers
Plan implementation projects with customers and stakeholders, defining priorities and timelines
Account management and relationship building to ensure the customer embeds and fully utilises our products and services
Identify risks/threats that could compromise the success of the project
Ensure project deliverables are achieved within timeframe and budget
What we are looking for?
We’re on the hunt for individual with a natural flair for collaboration and communication, passionate and resilient and who brings a positive attitude to work each day.
2-3 years’ experience in a project coordination or software implementations role
Experience managing multiple time critical priorities
Experience implementing a HR system would be beneficial but not essential
Software (Saas) implementation will be highly regarded
Exceptional organisational abilities where you can document details
Pro-active and positive relationship building skills
Enthusiasm to demonstrate value and engage with customers along their journey
