Purpose of Role

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy helpdesk environment on a FM contract team in Denton. This is on a 4 on 4 off basis, 12 hour shifts.

Job Description

The customer service representative will provide a variety of administrative duties for our management team to enable a more efficient service to our client. Their primary focus would be to effectively organise and coordinate all operational administration such as Reporting, Filing/Documenting, Logging, and taking calls.

Responsibilities

Issuing jobs to engineers

Updating CAFM system with progress on jobs

Providing support to the team and client

Logging calls and tracking updates on reactive works on site

Ensuring full detail is provided.

Essential Qualifications/Skills

Experience in similar administrative role

A positive attitude to work

Good communication skills

Resilience and good organisational skills

Great IT Skills (eg) MS Office, Outlook + ability to pick up new systems.

Ability to work within a team
