Customer Services Representative

Location: Albany, Auckland

As the first point of phone contact, you will be providing New Zealand customers with support and knowledge on the company services and facilitating the next steps of their requirements. You are an experienced customer service consultant and enjoy engaging with people on the phone and by email, dealing with a variety of enquiries.

This role is Monday to Friday based on site, 8:30 am to 5 pm for 2-3 months and you must be available to start mid September.

Duties

Handle inbound phone enquiries

Respond to website leads

Engage with customers to provide them with a great experience

Ensuring accurate data entry into the system
