What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of Parallel Imported, ensuring our customers have a fantastic shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include:
In-store Sales: Assisting customers, demonstrating product features, and closing sales. You'll become a product expert, guiding customers towards the perfect purchase.
Online Order Management: Processing online orders efficiently, picking and packing items with care, and managing backorders. You'll keep our online customers happy and ensure timely deliveries.
Customer Support: Responding to customer inquiries about products, orders, and returns. You'll be a problem-solver, providing helpful and friendly support.
Stock Management: Assisting with stocktaking and ensuring products are displayed attractively. You'll play a key role in maintaining a well-organized and appealing store environment.
General Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace to create a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills: You're a natural communicator, able to build rapport with customers and explain complex product features clearly.
Sales aptitude: You enjoy engaging with customers and have a proven ability to drive sales.
Tech-savvy: You're passionate about technology and have a keen interest in the latest gadgets and electronics.
Organized and efficient: You're able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Positive attitude: You're a team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
Experience with Bigcommerce and/or Lightspeed POS (advantageous): While not essential, experience with these platforms would be a bonus.
Knowledge of phones, tech, or fragrances (advantageous): A passion for these product categories would be a great asset.
Previous sales and customer service experience (advantageous): Prior experience in these areas would be highly regarded.
