Job Description
This position is a full-time role. It involves handling inbound customer calls, emails and enquiries as part of a national Customer Service team. You will be processing sales orders, providing product information, liaising with customers, and supporting the sales team with their sales initiatives.
You will need to be enthusiastic about providing a high level of customer service, have a can-do attitude and enjoy working with a technical range of products.
Your ability to listen to customer needs and respond to them is essential. We are looking for someone with excellant communication skills and above all - a exceptional customer focused attitude.
Coming from a customer service or call centre background, the ideal candidate will also have:
A great telephone manner
3+ years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably within a business-to-business environment
Proven interpersonal skills
A keen eye for detail and accuracy
Strong organisation and time management skills
