Herrmann New Zealand is part of Herrmann Asia, the regional centre of Herrmann International, a global organisation that specialises in Whole Brain® Thinking. Herrmann NZ serves clients in the NZ region, providing tools and resources to enhance individual and organisational performance through understanding and leveraging diverse thinking styles.
Our clients, are HR and Learning professionals working for and with some of NZ’s most recognised organisations and utilise our services, including the HBDI® Assessment and Whole Brain thinking application resources for their people development initiatives.
Hermann NZ are a small, close knit team of 3 and we work closely with our wider team of colleagues in Australia. We are now looking for an enthusiastic, positive and customer focussed individual to provide customer and operational support for our NZ customers. This role reports to the NZ Business Manager.
The role involves (but is not limited to):
Responding to incoming phone and email queries in a friendly and professional manner
Processing customer orders including product order dispatch in a timely manner
Responding to queries from customers and sales representatives in respect to product availability, order status, delivery status
Providing front line technical support for our customers on our systems
Working with the sales team to ensure the highest possible customer service level
Liaising with IT/operations on day-to-day issues
