The Opportunity
We’re looking for a technically minded professional to join our Sydney based team in our customer service team.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will:
Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders involving technical components (valves, fittings, regulators, etc.)
Provide first-line technical support and product selection guidance to customers
Record detailed communication notes using SAP and Zendesk
Manage enquiries and resolve first level technical customer issues with a focus on problem-solving
Develop strong technical relationships with customers across Australia and New Zealand
Collaborate with our Sales. Engineering and Field Service teams as part of a cross functional technical support structure

What Are We Looking For?
Mechanical aptitude or technical background in any industry
Prior experience in internal sales/customer service
Strong technical problem-solving skills
High attention to detail in data entry and documentation
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
Strong communication skills and a team-based approach
Requirements
Must have working rights in Australia and currently residing in Australia.
