About the role
We’re on the lookout for passionate, people‑focused Inbound Customer Solutions Representatives who genuinely love helping customers and delivering standout service.
With multiple roles starting 27 April at our King William Street Head Office in Adelaide, this is your chance to join a business that truly values its people and its customers.
In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice our customers rely on — handling inbound calls to resolve account and billing enquiries, manage changes, address complaints, take payments, and identify opportunities to support both existing and new customers.
You’ll be joining a high‑energy, supportive contact centre team that’s driven, collaborative and fun — a team that lives our values every day, celebrates wins together, and works closely to achieve shared targets and KPIs.

About the role:
A competitive salary of $69,012.00 + 12.5% Super + a range of discounts & benefits
Opportunity to earn $500-$1500 quarterly bonuses
A Permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid work arrangements including work-from-home options after your 6-month probation on shifts after 11 AM
Paid, onsite training
Working hours will be on a rotational basis between 7:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday
Regular theme days, lunches, morning teas, awards nights and more!
