Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, client-focused Customer Success Associate to manage client relationships, ensure smooth service delivery, and drive retention and revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Ensure timely delivery of services and regular performance updates
Build strong relationships through ongoing engagement and monthly meetings
Resolve issues quickly and maintain high client satisfaction and retention
Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities to drive revenue
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution
Prepare reports, presentations, and client reviews
Requirements
2–3 years in customer success, client servicing, or account management
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English, Tamil, and Kannada/Hindi
Ability to manage multiple accounts and work cross-functionally
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to travel for client meetings
Preferred
Analytical skills and experience handling multiple accounts
Adaptable, proactive, and customer-centric attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
