What you’ll bring:
Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing queries, technical issues, and feature requests.
Collaborate with client teams to understand their business use cases and help configure solutions accordingly.
Debug issues by analyzing logs, database entries, and application behavior.
Write and optimize SQL queries and Stored Procedures to extract or manipulate data as needed.
Support API integrations by testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting RESTful services.
Work on cloud-based platforms, primarily AWS and use services like S3, IAM, Lambda, Redshift, SNS, Glue, etc., as part of customer solutions and support.
Document client interactions, common issues, and solution steps for internal and external reference.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Contribute to building a knowledge base and improving support workflows.

How you’ll grow:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in SQL
Basic understanding or hands-on exposure to AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Redshift, SNS, Glue, etc.
Familiarity with working with APIs, including testing and debugging RESTful endpoints.
Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a client-facing role.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
