Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who is interested in leveraging data and technology for social good. They should be able to work with senior team members to manage delivery of multiple projects using our IT platforms for CSR Program Management and M&E requirements of clients. The Customer Success Associate will report directly to the Program Manager coordinate with our partner NGOs, CSR teams of our Corporate Clients, and Government clients as well as our product development team.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic problem solver, who is able to organize information, deliver outcomes and help clients maximize the benefits of our tech platform. S/he will also be a keen learner with the ability to grasp complex information quickly and apply this learning in her / his interaction with clients and partners.
