Oytra is India's Leading Art Supplies Brand. We process about 600-700 online orders per Day from Amazon/Own Website.
Monday to Friday in Office. Only Saturday will be Work from Home.
Few of your Job Roles –
1. Take all incoming calls. Make notes against each call and guide the customers/suppliers.
2. Reply to all Whatsapp/Email/Website Messages
3. Solve Customer Problems related to Deliveries/Product Issues etc.
4. Call Delivered orders for feedback on delivery and product quality
5. Call & convert abondoned checkouts
6. Call for Feedbacks
7. Any other calling related tasks
8. Managing Shiprocket
+. Being a Startup, you shall have to work on general day-to-day tasks as directed apart from above. Role is not limited as we are startup
