Your role
• Work closely with the CS team to manage day to day operations for our key customers. This involves activity management, reporting, providing updates, meetings with customers, trainings, and interventions as needed.
• Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect end user satisfaction or retention.
• Coach product end users to be product experts and train their teams on best practices so they become increasingly self-sufficient.
• Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.
Your profile
• 0-2 years of experience
• Some experience in the role of Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS company will be an added advantage
• Passion to own significant pieces by taking initiatives and contributing to the entire stack
• Aptitude to learn and pivot at a fast pace
• Very strong verbal and interpersonal skills
• Good listening skills and ability to put feedback into prompt action
