About the job:
The Associate - Customer Success plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting business growth. The role involves interacting with customers, internal teams, and service providers while ensuring efficient execution of operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure smooth execution of operational processes to support business efficiency and growth.
2. Coordinate and follow up with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure timely task completion.
3. Track performance metrics and turnaround times for key operational processes.
4. Travel to client locations when required to understand their needs, provide training on solutions, and build strong relationships.
5. Manage customer worklists to ensure timely resolution of requests and improved service standards.
6. Design and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
7. Collaborate with the technical team to configure the software platform according to client requirements and resolve technical issues.
8. Set and monitor KPIs for implemented projects.
9. Implement systems and processes to ensure compliance with client requirements.
10. Research and analyze new products and design processes for their implementation.
