Position Summary
You’ll be responsible for ensuring a great customer experience for our Jyotish and Vastu online consultations and trainings in all parts of the world as well as in person consultations in Bangalore. This includes answering customers questions, supporting a smooth booking process, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting and coordinating with consultants.
What you’ll do:
Coordinating offline (in Bangalore) and online Jyotish and Vastu appointments
Liaising with consultants, taking their availability and adding their slots in the system for users to book
Coordinating with customers and consultants, making sure that both are joining consultations on time
Communicating with leads and customers to answer their queries and ensure a positive customer experience
Managing payments and consultation timings in case of offline consultations
Troubleshooting and finding solutions to issues reported by customers
Maintaining a report of all consultations along with a feedback reports for all consultants
Who you are:
Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or similar field
Prior experience in customer service of 2+ years
Excellent verbal and written English and Hindi language skills
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Excellent external and internal communication skills
Solid technical understanding
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Work Location: Bangalore (International Art of Living Center)
