We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Professional to provide excellent customer service. The goal is to keep the track of the clients's queries & address them in the best possible way, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.
Responsibilities
· Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
· Respond appropriately to the clients’ queries on calls/ chats/ mails.
· Cross-Functional coordination as and when needed with other departments to resolve the clients’ issues.
· Keep records and document customer service actions and discussions
· Keep track of the bounce rate and compile accurate reports, and call the customers to improve the conversion rate.
· Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Requirements and skills
· Proven working experience as a Customer Support Executive/ Sr. Executive.
· Strong convincing power and efficient handling of customer queries.
· Proficiency in English
· Knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools like Shopify will be added advantage.
· Strong client-facing and communication skills
· Customer service orientation
