Job Description
Infinity Bakery has a new role that would suit someone with cafe &/or restaurant experience looking to get into the world of bakery. Its a FT role with no weekends or split shifts and you get to work with awesome people!
This role is responsible for driving wholesale growth through proactive customer engagement, new business development, and consistent in-market brand execution. The position focuses on building strong relationships with existing customers, identifying and converting new opportunities, and ensuring Infinity’s products are represented at the highest standard across all partner locations.
You will report to the Wholesale Lead and work closely with Production & Retail teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing wholesale customers
- Conduct regular in-person visits to key accounts and priority customers
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer needs and feedback
- Ensure customer satisfaction and proactively resolve issues
Business Development
- Identify, target, and convert new wholesale opportunities
- Conduct product sampling and presentations to prospective customers
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads and track conversion progress
- Expand customer base across diverse segments (cafes, restaurants, retail, etc.)
Retail & Supermarket Execution (Harris Farm Markets)
- Conduct regular store visits across all Harris Farm Markets locations supplied
- Ensure product displays are well presented, stocked, and aligned with brand standards
- Check pricing, labelling, and product rotation
- Liaise with store managers to maintain strong relationships and resolve issues
- Identify opportunities to improve in-store presence and sales
Brand Representation
- Act as a brand ambassador for Infinity in all customer interactions
- Ensure consistency in how products are presented, discussed, and positioned
- Gather market insights and competitor observations from the field
Internal Coordination
- Provide regular feedback to production and management teams on customer needs
- Assist with forecasting based on customer activity and pipeline
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM/customer records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
