Description
Responsibilities:
· Effective documentation of Proposals, Respond to prospect RFPs, RFIs...etc.
· Manage bid plans in a time-bound manner to develop and complete proposals to customers
· Craft Sales Pitches for Sales & Account Management Teams
· Work closely with Account Delivery Teams to identify account mining opportunities
· Provide Product demonstrations to customers
· Provide Product Knowledge Support to Sales Team
· Analyse Potential Markets for existing and new solutions being offered
· Create marketing assets to support go-to-market plan - website content, product brochures, etc.
Qualifications, work experience:
· Candidate should demonstrate a strong exposure and understanding of sales life cycle, proposal writing guidelines & stages, global delivery models (On-shore/Off-shore/Near-shore)
· Proven experience working on medium to large bids, RFPs, related to provision of product-based on IT services-based commercial offerings.
· Mandatory IT Industry experience with knowledge of product-based or services-based proposals
· Knowledge of Banking and Financial Services industry would be an advantage, but not essential.
· Knowledge of Intelligent Automation Products and Services will be ideal but not essential.
· Prior exposure to SaaS & Cloud based solutions will be ideal but not essential.
Educational Qualification
· Postgraduate in business administration or marketing or finance
Work Experience
Knowledge (Language, IT skills etc)
· PowerPoint Presentation experience Should be able to create effective slide decks to communicate the message clearly and succinctly
· Strong proposal documentation experience Draft proposal response in stipulated format with keen attention to detail
· Interpersonal and Collaboration skills Develop strong relationship with functional and technical teams and seek contributions to proposal responses
· Organizational Skills: Maintain record of all presales activities, archival and retrieval of proposal responses
